Department Computer Engineering was established in the year 2013 by offering a  Computer Engineering, with a vision to provide the sense of creativity, talent and knowledge in Computer Technology. Department of Computer Engineering offer  art laboratories equipped with latest configuration computers, structured cabling network and high end servers. Dedicated Internet Leased Line provides round the clock high speed internet access to each and every computer. It has associated with Microsoft Campus License Program to access latest released software & development tools.

It has well qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty providing excellent teaching & learning environment. Faculties with industrial background bridge the gap between academic learning and industrial needs.

Vision of the Department is to promote Research in the frontier areas of Computer Engineering, to generate Competent Professionals to become part of the Industry and Research Organizations at the National and International levels, to provide necessary strengths to enable the Students to Innovate and become Entrepreneurs.

Mission of the Department to produce graduates according to the need of industry, government, society and scientific community, to develop partnership with industries, government agencies and R & D Organizations for knowledge sharing and overall development of faculties and students, to solve industrial, government agencies, societal and political issues by applying computing techniques, to impart human and ethical values in our students for better serving of society, to create awareness among students and inculcate affection for free and open source software.

And the department has also contributed to society in some ways; the recent ones being free courses on Internet, Photoshop & Page Maker as well as website development, in various technology like .net, php, java, android etc.

The department has a strong tie up with various industries across the country resulting into a very high on/off campus placements. Few major recruiters include Smart wave Technologies, Infostreach, RudrasoftTech, Azyore, Enigmatic, Expert Lab, Infibeam, TechZenith, Pingakhso, compIndia Technologies, etc.

The students carry out their final semester internship in major software companies and some students who plan for abroad studies prefer to carry out their training at top institute / research organization or CMM-Level IT Company.There is a quantum value addition through participation of students and faculty members in various technical events organized at national and international levels.

Department is proud to announce that it has established "Website Development Center". It website requirements of the College. Some of the developed website is www.asiaticcampus.org. also students volunteers are actively participated in requirement of college Website development activity.

Department is proud to announce that it has established "Open Source Technology Club - OSTC" is collaboration with IIT-Bombay and Gujarat Technological University as well as "Mobile Wireless Technology Club", association with Gujarat Technological University.

The Department organizes workshops, seminars in various specialties, and runs summer/winter for the benefit of engineering college teachers and professional engineers as well as students also organizes "Faculty Development Program - FDP" for all engineering faculties.

The computer laboratories across the campus comprise over  hundred computers for use of students and staff.

The laboratories form an integral part of the curriculum, providing an environment where students reinforce their understanding of the fundamental principles of Computer Engineering and apply that knowledge in experimental analysis and problem-solving. The computer Engineering department has state of the art laboratory facilities to furnish the needs of engineering students.

Every course offered by the department includes laboratory experiments; as a result every lab is equipped with sufficient number of latest computer nodes to meet the requirement of single computer per student.

Computer Labs support Core 2 Duo Nodes and High End Servers connected through latest switches. Internet and Intranet network facilities supported by high quality software based on curriculum and global requirements, along with latest operating systems, allowing the staff and students to develop their skills and provide an interactive platform to work with.

The college provides free access to Internet to its students through 32 mbps connectivity, the local Intranet; a 100 MBPS switched network provides an interactive platform for sharing resources and building communities.

Computer peripherals, Multimedia projectors, scanners, laser printers, web cameras form the part of the facilities.
